Tin City Gets Lit: What You Need to Know

Tin City is bringing the quirky charm of the annual forklift parade to a whole new level. This year, instead of celebrating for just one night, we’re stretching the fun into a full-season experience. Thirty-five businesses across Tin City are lighting up their spaces, getting creative with décor, and channeling that same playful, unexpected spirit that made the forklift parade a local favorite.
Think of it as the forklift parade, reimagined: indoors, a bit outdoors, all month long, and built for wandering, tasting, shopping, and soaking in the holiday atmosphere at your own pace. Our tenants love a friendly competition, and this is your chance to help crown the winners.

Tin City After Dark
Friday, December 12 • Open until 7 PM
Tin City After Dark is a one-night celebration, echoing the communal energy of the forklift parade but experienced throughout the neighborhood. For this evening only, many businesses will stay open until 7 PM for tastings, shopping, seasonal incentives, and the full holiday atmosphere with plenty of personality!

December 12 is our big featured evening — the perfect time to experience Tin City After Dark and catch the holiday spirit in full glow.
