Negranti Creamery

In 2010 our Founder, Alexis Negranti, wanted to marry her love for farm life and animals with her love of high quality food; so she set out to start a sheep dairy. Her husband Wade thought she was crazy, but in no time they were driving 18 hours to pick up their very first starter flock. The vision and dream of Negranti Creamery was coming to life.

For years, Alexis diligently worked in crafting the most delicious sheep milk ice cream. She was the first sheep milk ice cream producer in the United States and wanted to create something delicious for everyone to enjoy. Sourcing only the freshest, real and most wholesome ingredients, she created something you don’t feel guilty eating. And something she was proud to serve to her own family.

In May of 2022, Alexis made a decision to partner with Scoops and Cheers, LLC. This decision didn’t come easy to Alexis, but she knew with the partnership she would see her vision and dream live out its full potential.

Today, Scoops and Cheers, LLC is taking every bit of knowledge gained from our Founder and ensuring that every batch of ice cream, every ingredient, and every scoop pays homage to the work and vision that was invested into Negranti Creamery. We are growing and expanding in multiple avenues and none of it would be possible without our Management, Production or Scoop Shop Teams. We are so excited for the future of Negranti Creamery!
